A cruel school bully was caught on tape savagely assaulting a teen girl at a Massachusetts high school and forcing her to engage in a disgusting act, possibly leading to the victim’s disappearance for several days. A 10-year-old boy in Indiana killed himself after a two-year bullying campaign which his parents claim his school failed to stop, despite contacting school officials 20 times in a year.
