It’s a multi-million dollar start-up backed by Chelsea Clinton and Glamour magazine which claims to be “redesigning” how women give birth. Oula operates from two clinics designed to look like interiors associated with Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop brand, where it offers midwife-led care which it says dramatically cuts the rates of Cesarean sections and premature births. Its star-studded events have featured CBS News anchor Gayle King, ballerina Misty Copeland and Seagram’s heiress Hannah Bronfman, while its polished social media includes motivational quotes for “birthing people.” But now the health company has been hit by a lawsuit which claims its negligence led...

I can’t even with this guy. Not that guy. Biden doesn’t even know who that is – he’s never met him except in fever dreams. Nah, I’m talking about the one we’re actually saddled with now. You have to hear it for yourself. The president (my teeth automatically grind when I type that) Biden was hosting a screening of the movie “Till“ and stepped in it as only he can. President Joe Biden on Thursday hosted a screening of the movie “ Till,” a wrenching, new drama about the 1955 lynching of Emmett Till, who was brutally killed after a...

U.S. — Americans are doing lots of soul-searching after the midterms. According to reports, many are not sure if they want to be the kind of people who support a party running brain-damaged politicians or a party that loses to brain-damaged politicians. "I mean, clearly the stroke victim is unfit for office, but if you can't beat him then doesn't that make you unfit for office?" wondered undecided voter Carl Weaver to himself as he saw election results. "And what kind of a party would dare run someone like that? Or dare lose to someone like that? Have they no...

With midterms rapidly approaching, Dem flip-flopping in overdrive Biden says Fetterman’s wife will be ‘great lady in the Senate’ Biden bristles when reporter asks why Dem candidates are ducking president Shawshank Fetterman: Dem Senate candidate says he thinks of movie when deciding about freeing criminals In the race to be senator from Pennsylvania, voters must decide between Dr. Mehmet Oz . . . or Gisele Barreto Fetterman. Oh, Gisele isn’t on the ballot. But considering how much she runs interference for her candidate husband, John Fetterman, we should wonder who actually will be running the show. Fetterman had a severe...

You must give Dr. Mehmet Oz credit in the final months of the 2022 elections. He’s turned the ship around, chipping away at Pennsylvania Democratic Lt. Gov. John Fetterman’s double-digit lead by attacking his record on crime and public safety. Oz, the Republican candidate in this year’s U.S. Senate race, was trailing Fetterman by an 11-point average. It looked like a dumpster fire, but Oz put out the flames, overhauled his staff, and found a resonant message. Fetterman's inability to form complete sentences has also helped with his appalling record on law and order issues. The lieutenant governor wants to...

The RNC has discovered some audio of John Fetterman, the Democrat candidate for Senate in Pennsylvania, talking about his dreams for the state’s prison population, especially those in prison for murder. Given the state’s soaring prison rate, Pennsylvania voters who haven’t drunk too deep from the leftist Kool-Aid may want to pay attention to what he said...because he’s completely out of his mind. Moreover, this is not because of his stroke, which has slowed his speech; this is leftism, pure and simple. In the two videos that seem to date from 2020 (hat tip: Red State), Fetterman freely voices his...

Friday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” House Minority Leader Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said when Republicans voted for President Donald Trump they were voting a “certain way,” almost like “any mammal will do.” When asked if Trump was a dealmaker, Pelosi said, “I will give you this as an example, the first meeting we had, House and Senate, Democrats and Republicans leadership in the White House, this is a big deal. I mean it feels you with some pride to have a seat at the table and a new president, I have been at that meeting with President George W. Bush...

The Senate Democrats' wounded leader is desperate to show that he's still in charge. Harry Reid doesn’t particularly like long phone calls. He is known to abruptly hang up after a quick conversation with an aide, a senator or a lobbyist. But in the aftermath of a grisly New Year’s Day exercise accident, which gave him four broken ribs and may leave him permanently blind in one eye, the 75-year-old Nevada Democrat has been burning up the phones with up to 50 calls per day, trying to make clear that he’s still in charge.

A man was arrested by Prescott Valley police after he shot his handgun in a residence and claimed he was shooting at the moon. On Friday, a 49-year-old woman called police because her boyfriend had fired shots from a handgun and was still armed at the time, according to the Prescott Valley Police Department. Officers arrived at a residence near Robert Road and Loos Drive where they confronted 39-year-old Cameron Read. Read initially refused to leave the residence, but eventually exited and resisted arrest before being taken into custody by force, according to police. The victims told police Read had...

In her first public comment since pleading no contest to misdemeanor shoplifting, Assemblywoman Mary Hayashi apologized today for "unintentionally" taking clothing out of a San Francisco store but shed little light on what sparked the theft. "I accept responsibility and I offer apologies, not excuses," Hayashi said in a written statement. She declined an interview request. Shortly after the Castro Valley Democrat's arrest in October on a felony charge of stealing nearly $2,500 in clothing, Sam Singer, Hayashi's spokesman, said she had been inside a Neiman Marcus store and walked out of the store while talking on her cellular phone....

Liberals and socialists like to cry about "sweatshops" and claim they show the "failure" of capitalism. That is false. This video explains it.

For years, whispers of the secretive organization of world leaders known as the Bilderberg Group were considered fodder for conspiracy theories, but in the wake of massive economic upheaval, Europe's mainstream has joined the clamoring to find out what kind of financial wizardry has been going on behind the Bilderberg curtain. Daniel Estulin, author of the hot-selling book, "The True Story of the Bilderberg Group," has even been invited to present an unprecedented speech before the European Parliament in Brussels June 1 on the subject of the secretive cabal. "In Spain, Bilderberg is the 'it' topic," Estulin told WND. "The...

When Tristan Anderson, now 38, was living illegally in the trees at UC Berkeley to protest the administration's ultimately successful bid to cut down the trees to build a sports training center, life was good. For 21 months, Berkeley's tree sitters happily fouled their nests with little interference from the authorities. Their biggest fear was falling. When Berkeley finally erected barbed-wire fences and began to shine spotlights on the canopy campers, the tree huggers complained that UC had turned their grove into "Guantanamo." UC retaliated by giving the tree sitters energy bars. In June 2008, Anderson, who went by the...

As the U.S. military under the Obama administration increases efforts in Afghanistan and the surrounding region, there will be more American casualties, Vice President Biden said this morning on CBS' "Face the Nation." "I hate to say it, but yes, I think there will be," Biden said in response to a question from host Bob Schieffer. "There will be an uptick. Because as the commander in Afghanistan said, he said, 'Joe, we will get this done, but we're going to be engaging the enemy much more.'" The Obama administration has "inherited a real mess," Biden said. "We're about to go...

The saga of horror novelist Stephen King's disgraceful comments about America's military took an interesting turn Monday when shortly after instructing visitors to his website to send me a message stating "Hi, Noel—Stephen King says to shut up and I agree," his own message boards were shut down. This followed the creation of a number of threads by members that wanted to comment about King's remarks. The cover-story for shutting down the boards came from the Moderator in a thread entitled "Stephen King Insults Soldiers":

Writer Stephen King: If You Can't Read, You'll End Up in the Army or Iraq Photo of Noel Sheppard. By Noel Sheppard | May 5, 2008 - 09:54 ET Remember shortly before Election Day 2006 when Sen. John Kerry (D-MA) suggested that if you don't get a good education, "you get stuck in Iraq" (video available here)? Well, last month, famed horror auther Stephen King was speaking in front of a group of high school students at the Library of Congress, and he virtually made the exact same statement. For those that can bear it, what follows is another in...
