Judge Juan Merchan has ordered President Trump to remain silent as the media and Democrats spin lie after lie against his record and character. This is how free societies die. Just as shocking as the Democrat party’s lawlessness is the Republican party’s total avoidance to confront these vicious political acts. We all know this lawlessness cannot continue yet Republicans remain too weak to raise their voices with the rare exception the courageous few who are shunned by their own party elites. On Thursday the media continued their toxic reports on Trump and porn star Stormy Daniels, a opportunist who owes...

Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump It is a really bad feeling to have your Constitutional Right to Free Speech, such a big part of life in our Country, so unfairly taken from you, especially when all of the sleazebags, lowlifes, and grifters that you oppose are allowed to say absolutely anything that they want. It is hard to sit back and listen to lies and false statements be made against you knowing that if you respond, even in the most modest fashion, you are told by a Corrupt and Highly Conflicted Judge that you will be PUT IN PRISON, maybe for...

President Trump on Tuesday walked out of the New York City courtroom to talk to the press after Stormy Daniels testified in Alvin Bragg’s ‘hush money’ trial. Stormy testified to irrelevant yet very salacious details about her sexual encounter with Trump that allegedly happened many years ago. She was also reportedly making scripted jokes in the courtroom to win over the jury but nobody was laughing. Trump walked out of the court and spoke to the media. He used a clever trick to avoid violating Judge Merchan’s illegal gag order. Crooked Judge Merchan on Monday held Trump in contempt, fined...

Donald Trump is now daring the judge in his Manhattan trial to throw him in jail for violating his gag order.Leaving court on Monday in week four of his trial, Trump told the gaggle of reporters staged near the courtroom how deeply unfair, outrageous, and unconstitutional the gag order is. I have to watch every word I tell you people. You ask me a question and I can't talk about it because this judge has given me a gag order and said you'll go to jail if I violate it. And frankly, you know what? Our constitution is much more...

WHEN THE JUDGE GAGS A KEY WITNESS FOR TRUMP’S DEFENSE. The false bookkeeping trial of former President Donald Trump is now in its fourth week. This newsletter has pointed out lots of times, most recently last Friday, that while we know that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has charged Trump with falsifying bookkeeping records of a nondisclosure payment in order to commit or conceal another crime, Bragg still hasn’t revealed what that other crime is. It’s really the key to the whole case. Without the other crime, there would be no charges against Trump in this matter. The fact that...

NEW YORK — The judge presiding over Donald Trump’s hush money trial has fined him $1,000 for violating his gag order and sternly warned the former president that additional violation could result in jail time. The fine marks the second sanction for Trump for inflammatory comments about witnesses since the start of the trial last month. He was fined $9,000 last week for nine violations. Judge Juan M. Merchan warned Monday that additional gag order violations could potentially result in jail time, though he said that was “the last thing I want to do.” Prosecutors in Trump’s hush money trial...

I was watching today's Rallies in Wisconsin and Michigan. Trump, again, spoke out about the unfairness of the Manhattan Trial, "the conflicted judge," the corrupt prosecutor etc. In short, he's not shutting up, which begs the question. Is he calling the judge's bluff? Is he trying to get incarcerated? Why would he do that? What would be the scenario if the judge tells the bailiff to handcuff Trump and take him to jail for contempt of court? Would he agree to be handcuffed? I don't think he'd want that photo-op, but what can happen? Would the Secret Service sit back...

The nine posts that the judge in Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s falsified business records case ordered Trump to take down on Tuesday have been deleted. Judge Juan Merchan ruled on Tuesday morning ahead of the second week of the trial that Trump needed to pay $9,000, $1,000 for each gag order violation. An additional hearing on more alleged gag order violations will take place on Thursday. The order reads that the defendant, Trump, "is hereby warned that the Court will not tolerate continued willful violations of its lawful orders and that if necessary and appropriate under the circumstances, it will...

Former President Trump deleted social media posts that a judge determined violated a gag order in his criminal hush money trial, just before a Tuesday deadline. Judge Merchan on Tuesday held a hearing on Bragg’s request to hold Trump in contempt of court and fined for violating his gag order. The judge said he is going to wait to rule on whether Trump violated the gag order. It is unclear when he will actually issue the ruling. According to AP, President Trump’s lawyer Todd Blanche told the court that Trump “is being very careful to comply” with the gag order. Judge Merchan, whose daughter is making tens of millions of dollars off of his case against Trump, blasted Todd Blanche: “You’re losing all credibility.” Trump slammed...

Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump This conflicted, Trump Hating Judge won’t let me respond to people that are on TV lying and spewing hate all day long. He is running rough shod over my lawyers and legal team. The New York System of “Justice” is being decimated by critics from all over the World. I want to speak, or at least be able to respond. Election Interference! RIGGED, UNCONSTITUTIONAL TRIAL!

NEW YORK (AP) — Days after a New York judge expanded a gag order on Donald Trump to curtail “inflammatory” speech, the former president tested its limits by disparaging two key witnesses in his upcoming criminal hush money trial as liars. In a post on his Truth Social platform Wednesday, Trump called his former lawyer, Michael Cohen, and the adult film actor Stormy Daniels “two sleaze bags who have, with their lies and misrepresentations, cost our Country dearly!” In an order first made in March, and then revised on April 1, Judge Juan Merchan barred Trump from making public statements...

Far-left NY judge Juan Merchan Monday night expanded Trump’s gag order and barred the former president from criticizing his family members. Last week Judge Merchan hit Trump with a gag order. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg asked far-left NY Judge Juan Merchan to amend Trump’s gag order to include family members of trial participants. Bragg urged the judge overseeing the Stormy Daniels ‘hush payment’ trial to expand the gag order over ‘dangerous and violent’ rhetoric after Trump defended himself against alleged attacks from Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren Merchan – a far-left political operative. “Defendant’s dangerous, violent, and reprehensible rhetoric fundamentally threatens the integrity of these proceedings and is intended to intimidate witnesses and trial participants alike— including this Court,” Bragg’s prosecutor wrote in a motion on Monday. Bragg’s motion asking the...

WASHINGTON (AP) — Washington’s federal appeals court on Tuesday rejected Donald Trump’s request to reconsider a gag order restricting the former president’s speech in the case charging him with plotting to overturn the 2020 election. Lawyers for the Republican presidential primary front-runner had asked the full U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit to examine the gag order after a three-judge panel upheld but narrowed the restrictions on his speech. Trump can now appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. The gag order was imposed by U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan in October in response to concerns from special counsel...
