UK to detain asylum seekers in SHOCK Rwanda operation

The Home Office will launch a major operation to detain asylum seekers across the UK on Monday, weeks earlier than expected, in preparation for their deportation to Rwanda, the Guardian can reveal.

Officials plan to hold refugees who turn up for routine meetings at immigration service offices or bail appointments and will also pick people up nationwide in a surprise two-week exercise.

Lawyers and campaigners said the detentions risked provoking protracted legal battles, community protests and clashes with police – with officers in Scotland put on high alert.

Enver Solomon, the chief executive of the Refugee Council, said: “The government is determined to recklessly pursue its inhumane Rwanda plan despite the cost, chaos and human misery it will unleash. We know it is likely to cause a catastrophic system meltdown.”

Detainees will be immediately transferred to detention centres, which have already been prepared for the operation, and held until they are put on planes to Rwanda. Some will be put on the first flight due to take off this summer.

The Home Office said ratification of the prime minister’s Safety of Rwanda Act meant “the government is entering the final phase of operationalising this landmark policy to tackle illegal migration and stop the boats”.

It added: “At some stage inevitably this will include detaining people in preparation for the first flight, which is set to take off to Rwanda in 10 to 12 weeks. It would be inappropriate to comment further on operational activity.”

Easy fix for the naysayers - strip citizenship & deport them also. Barristers first.

So the refugees (illegal aliens) will now start heading to Germany instead of the UK.

Looks to me like the Tories have seen the latest polls, and know they’re in trouble. So they’re finally doing something constructive.

It probably won’t help them much, though. Labour will crush them in the next general election (which must be held by January 28, 2025).

If they want to still gripe in Rwanda they should remember that both of its leading native factions are experienced in genocide. And that some natives may recall that the likely asylum seeker’s ancestors enslaved the native’s ancestors and still worship that practice.

Now Rwanda, which is primarily Christian, gets flooded with Muslim migrants? That’s no improvement.

It would make more sense to send them to Papua New Guinea just like Biden’s uncle Bosie.

That would certainly solve the migrant crisis.

And the ones making the most noise are the ones making the most bank on ‘serving’ the invaders.

I see this as a wonderful idea. Despite Rwanda being the smallest country in Africa, they can always use some more farm laborers. There, it is work or starve. Hence, a good idea.

Not anymore! Leave it to the radical Guardian to torpedo any attempts to get some sort of grip on the situation.

Of course, I will still say that that Rwanda scheme is one of the most idiotic ideas in modern politics.

KEEP THEM OUT in the first place. You're a friggin' island, it's not difficult.
