Any person who has served in the government has knowledge of the alledged or actual corruption. Thus, those who are weaker and fear for their lives, or exhibit/talk about getting out are being removed in various ways.
There have been numerous comments about Ukrainians fighting a guerilla war against Russia, but in the past 60-days or so, Russia or Ukrainian partisans have destroyed trains with 155mm ammo near kiev, and throughout the country. Ukraine is undergoing a major crackdown in rear areas to prevent sabotage. NATO even wanted to send rear area soldiers to conduct patrols and security measures.
It is well known throughout the EU that the Ukie banking system and financial centers are tied at the hip with the Ukie government.
That fact gave rise to the old EU saying, “ when shaking hands with a Ukrainian, be sure to check how many fingers he stole”. Ask anyone in the EU banking industry.
It is now more than obvious that US welfare payments to Ukraine are not to defeat Russia ( a pipe dream), but to fill the pockets of certain US and Ukrainian entities. One last, huge money grab and laundering scheme. When a country’s banking system is directly controlled by the government, ALL dirty transactions can be covered up.
This corruption has been going on since Ukraine gained independence in 1991.
