Good one. But sadly, there is also truth to it. I was in Ghana and we stopped at a health spa to use the bathrooms. Among the many health treatment stations was a camel in an enclosed area. There was a sign providing instructions that the camel was there to provide comfort and pleasure for guests and to see the spa staff for assitance.
