That's exactly why it should be done. The Rats won't vote for him. They will just be absent or vote present, etc. Still, the public needs to see that they are ruled by the Uniparty. The labels are just a distraction to make people think there are two parties, when in reality, there is just one.

The number one issue in this country is border security, period!

He should have forced the democrats hand—by insisting on a border security bill FIRST—and let all the democrats (and probably a few republicans) vote it down! LET THEM DO IT!

What a great way to get them all ON THE RECORD as not considering border security as the most important issue facing our country today—before the upcoming election!!!
