It was years ago, back when I lived in NY and my father was still alive. I offered copies to Chinese nationals entering the Consulate, but they just motioned for me to go away and ignored me. That must have been before this policy of persecuting anyone who spoke against the PRC. I’m fortunate. Now all I have to worry about is incoming missiles.
