WTF are Trump’s attorneys doing? There are half a dozen reasons this could be appealled to the Supreme Court to stop this outragous unconstitutional process.

Arguing in court to this judge whether RICO would apply to this case is a stupid waste of time.

Wow....too bad Pres Trump didn’t hire Fido, for his counsel.

Maybe you could fly to NYC, tonight, and advise him/his legal team.

How do you appeal something that is not yet decided? This is a years long process - not just a week.

WTF are Trump’s attorneys doing?

They couldn’t even get in time for a break. They were 10 minutes late. WTF is wrong with them?

The case has to be finished before you can appeal the judgement.

Meanwhile, it’s standard for a lawyer to be there to “represent” the defendant for much of a trial without the defendant having to be there but I don’t know if it’s written in law.

........my opinion is that Trump is just fine with the status quo................

I wouldn’t be surprised to see him go to Barron’s graduation and dare the affirmative action judge to arrest him.....

In fact, I doubt the State of New York “could” arrest a former President protected by the Secret Service.

WTF are Trump’s attorneys doing?

I’m wondering the same thing. A lawyer for any dem would be a pit bull against this stuff. I don’t get it.
