This video is live right now and Phil is saying that Fani has had a change of mind about reopening the hearing so that new evidence can be introduced.
Phil Holloway is a local Atlanta attorney who has been reporting on the Fani hearing with Megyn Kelly and on NewsNation and has done a great job at keeping people up to date on this matter.
That implies that she actually has a heart.

She also has a head and an ass. And they’re 100% interchangeable.
I think Fani opened the floodgates for new testimony to be introduced by the "defense," such as the testimony of Cindi Lee Yeager, co-chief deputy district attorney for Cobb County, as to her hearing a phone conversation between Bradley and Fani wherein Fani warned Bradley not to talk or testify about the Wade/Willis affair.
And then there's new testimony from a Georgia State University law professor, Manny Arora, who Bradley told about the Willis/Wade affair (during 2019).
“This video is live right now and Phil is saying that Fani has had a change of mind about reopening the hearing so that new evidence can be introduced.”
Sooo.... Fani’s not liking the “new evidence” then? That’s the only reason she’s crawfishing on this.
The list of criminal and inappropriate actions by Fani is still growing by leaps and bounds.
“That implies that she actually has a heart”
Make no mistake, she’s trying to save her own azz.
This is a sign of desperation
Just speculating here, but it was Fani’s in house counsel that filed the motion to reopen the hearings for new evidence, and I’ll bet Fani is really chewing them out for not knowing that the “defense” too had new evidence to introduce. It has been speculated by various attorneys that the reason Anna Cross is no longer on the Fani legal team is that Fani’s temper and lies were just too much for her.
Yep. Fanny is a narcissistic beatch. No heart.
“Anna Cross is no longer on the Fani legal team is that Fani’s temper and lies were just too much for her.”
Right. Cross had an episode of integrity that would have conflicted with her job as Fani’s defense attorney. If only all attorneys for these leftists would have such an attack of scruples.
“The list of criminal and inappropriate actions by Fani is still growing by leaps and bounds.”
It may be growing, but it still has a long way to go before measuring up to her level of arrogance (and stupidity).
It’s Fulton County....ranks right up there with Cook county on the ethics scale.
The law firm of Dewey Cheatem and Howe.
lol.............
My guess is Anna Cross was fed a bunch of BS about Terrance Bradley without any proof. She ran with it and had an O’Shit moment and decided to disappear to keep her law license and reputation..
The Wizard promised her one, if she’d do his bidding, and f#$@ Trump over.
There are reports that she got illegal campaign contributions laundered through ActBlue.
I got the impression that Merchant was saying that Cross became the "power attorney" who was known for prosecuting federal cases while Merchant was a defense lawyer stuck in her lane.
The spotlight is now on Merchant, who is coming across as a tenacious attorney with honed investigative skills, who is willing to spend the time to follow any and all leads to defend her client. Merchant has facts at hand to answer questions, and has compiled documented evidence to support her claims during testimony where she doesn't know what will be asked of her.
Cross looks like she is jumping off of the Willis train. It will be interesting to see if this story enters the role-reversal phase where Merchant becomes the hero and Cross becomes the protagonist who suffers the crisis of conscience.
