My comments below pertain to the war in the Ukraine and an article I just posted to Free Republic:

What Is in the Ukraine Aid Package, and What Does it Mean for the Future of the War?
csis.org ^ | May 1, 2024 | Mark F. Cancian and Chris H. Park

MY COMMENTS on the csis.org article:

In my opinion, the whole article is worth reading. I think that the flag waving cretins in Congress were putting on a show to imply they are helping the Ukraine far more than they actually are. Biden and his minions did NOT get what they want despite the staged optics the day the bill passed. The left and rhinos pretended they 'won' when in fact they settled, otherwise they would have asked for far more money, and they would have been able to authorize all of what they asked for. Things are not what they seem.

Of particular interest was the breakdown of spending provided by CSIS, for example, "Humanitarian aid ($2.5 billion) includes $1.6 billion for a special “assistance for Europe, Eurasia, and Central Asia” fund, $300 million for counter-drug activities, and $100 million for demining. About $481 million supports Ukrainian refugees in the United States."

The article confirms some of main points made by Alexander Mercouris's YOUTUBE video reports.

For example, Mercouris had noted that some of the $65 Billion would be used to pay defense contractors for weapons already delivered, but without Congressional approval. Reading the CSIS article I read, "A curious element is that the legislation requests $13.4 billion to replenish stockpiles but only $7.8 billion of new drawdown authority." The author speculates that this is due to an accounting change made last summer (ransomnote: remember the 'accouting error' which allowed the Pentagon to send more last year?). Last year's so-called accounting 'error' was instead an accounting change; "The accounting changes priced equipment at the depreciated value rather than the replacement value. " Voila! More money to spend!

Often the weapons we provide to the Ukraine are obsolete and even if we give them long range missiles, the US either purchased old, less capable Soviet launchers or adjust the software on US missile launchers to reduce the distance they travel. The MSM and shills like to drum up optimism for the Ukrainian military because we gave them this hardware with those capabilities, but later we find out the equipment was obsolete or limited in some way (launched from Soviet equipment), fewer in number or won't be delivered for months if not years.

We send them Abrams tanks, oh but we send them old ones because it's faster to retrofit and refurbish them.

I recall posting a meme last year which quoted Zelensky saying that tanks are good, but that the Ukraine needs fighter jets, and could not win the war without them. How many times have we heard about the fighter jets being sent to the Ukraine? When responding to the $65 billion aid approval, Zelensky was asked how long it will be before  he asks for more money; he responded that once he receives the jets promised last year, he will be able to provide the timeline. But according to the CSIS report, "Finally, F-16s are unlikely to be in the early packages. They are expensive, with one F-16 costing as much to procure as 200 Stingers, and are also very costly to maintain."

Other nations have given fighter jets, but FReepers pointed out how old the craft were, snarking that they only good for spare parts. Ukrainians are supposedly being trained to use them, but pitting trainees in unfamiliar jets against against veteran Russian pilots with war-time experience in the jets they fly.

Russia has air superiority in this fight, hammering comparitively exposed Ukrainian troops approaching Russian defensive lines. Yes the Ukraine has been given ground to air missiles,  but they aren't militarily sufficient against Russian aircraft (they sometimes hit targets but do not provide adequate defense). The CSIS report acknowledges it would take years to enhance the Urkaine's air defenses.

The article points out that the $65 billion package closely aligns with Biden's request, but that most of it stays in the US.

Biden's requested  $11.8 Billion in 'Economic support to the Ukrainian government' was reduced to $7.9 Billion in the approved bill. His request for $8.3 Billion in Global Aid was reduced to $2.5 Billion (A portion seems to have been moved into the foreign aid for Israel, so both Ukraine and Israel can access that Global aid).

I believe Biden/Dems knew they couldn't get away with as much as they really wanted - there's no way they would have otherwise restrained themselves from much larger cash grabs  or weapons which can be sold to Isis, Mexican Cartels etc. The election is approaching and they have another election to steal, riots to plan, elites wanting their 'allowance' from Uncle Sam.

SIDE NOTE: While the article linked above details Congressional spending agreements, we will never know how much America gave the Ukraine because Black Ops spending is not reported to Congress.

Also, another $14 Billion in aid, not previously documented in government resources, has just 'turned up :

The article at the top of this thread provides the total spending to date, $175 Billion, for war-time aid to the Ukraine based on previous government documents. But with the recent admission of the Biden administraiton, the total is $189 Billion.

BACKGROUND information not in the article:

If the American public realized that the Ukraine's economy is gone (propped up with American tax dollars), the infrastructure is heavily damaged, that millions  of its citizens have fled to surrounding countries, and its remaining workforce  (ages 15-70) is being killed on the battlefield, reality could arrive and the senseless dying in this pointless war could stop. The war was never about 'freedom'; it's about corruption and NATO's wish to rule the world.

According to a Feb. 2023 report by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), we are funding the salaries of 618,000 Ukrainian educators, 517,000 health workers, and 56,500 first responders.

We are paying to sustain Ukraine’s critical healthcare services, meet its pension responsibilities for 9.8 million people, assist 1.3 million internally displaced persons, provide housing assistance to 4.1 million people, and provide social assistance to 240,000 low-income families and 480,000 persons with disabilities.

We subsidize Ukraine’s small businesses, buy seeds and fertilizer for Ukrainian farmers and fund divers who clear unexploded ammunition from the country’s rivers to make them safe again for swimming and fishing.

Americans pay to secure Ukraine’s borders while millions of welfare seeking barbarians and terrorists flood through ours.

Money spent in the Ukraine was not properly tracked during the Obama Administration and is not being properly tracked by the Biden regime because both men, and the foreign adversaries which control them, have so much to hide.

Ukrainian Corruption Center reports northern border defense funds were diverted to fake companies, letting Russians walk right across border in new Kharkiv offensive

"The GAO reported, "DOD does not have quality data to track delivery of defense articles to Ukraine. DOD guidance on PDA does not clearly define at what point in the delivery process defense articles should be recorded as delivered or provide clear instructions for how DOD service branches are to confirm delivery."

It added that full documentation of the funding being sent to the military effort has been lacking."

Many FReepers seem unaware that our CIA helped overthrow Ukrainian leadership in preparation for the current war in the Ukraine.

Some seem to have forgotten the limitless corruption and fraud the US was engaging in there BEFORE the war- seemingly minor US expenditures in the Urkaine (support for IT training, lawyer licensure exams etc.) were just more fraud. I watched the linked video and created screen captures of the content documenting Burisma money laundering as well as illicit use of Taxpayer foreign aid.

No wonder some Congress Slithers were waving Ukrainian flags in chambers when the bill went through. They are pretending they are focusing on 'freedom,' posing as if they are altruists, when in fact the only reason they act like that is to conceal their corrupt objectives. They can't look into the cameras and beg you to support Deep State HeadQuarters so their crimes can remain private.
Still, the Ukrainian owned members of our government, and their handlers, obviously weren't getting as much as they really wanted, otherwise they would have focused on obtaining much more cash, state-of-the-art US weaponry, air defense systems and jets. Pelosi, Schumer, Biden's brother Joe, Hunter, the DNC and others profited via laundering/fraud/corruption; the foreign aid we're sending gets passed around in the elites in the Ukraine (with kickbacks to DNC, Dems, The Big Guy etc.) as well as NATO, and they really wanted a bigger cash 'allowance' from Uncle Sam this time. They are losing their proxy war in the Ukraine.

Lord Carrington is a director and John Brennan work for Kissinger and associates. Kissinger and Associates is a geopolitical consulting firm. The connection is through Kissinger and Associates.

LOL, "Nato's wish to rule the world." Amazing you do not understand why NATO is so obviously popular with so many of Russia's former colonies and neighbors, like Finland. Total, unexplainable mystery.

See #5. It is all absolutely tied to NATO as one fork of the New World Order.

Distortion must be your middle name - you have labeled Soviet era images of countries ‘trying to leave Russia’. C’mon you keep trying to make the Soviet Union come back to life - It’s dead, Jim.

You skipped the part of the Ukraine that voted to become part of Russia and instead you show the Ukraine ‘trying to leave Russia’. Where do you get your news from?

You show France leaving NATO in 1966 like it’s relevant or something; given that FRANCE is a current member of NATO I’d say you’re still distorting. I.SPOT.THE.PATTERN

Not a good sign!

But, the information is based on the Biden regime documents (financial) and is backed elsewhere by observers. There are threads specifying which aircraft are being donated by what country. There's the fact that Zelensky hasn't got his jets and the Ukrainians are hemorraging soldiers because of it with Zelenksy's prior comments about needing jets/air defense and telling the public to prepare to be conscxripted. Everyone is to fight. Some speculate he's approaching Hitler's strategy.

So if the article is false, then why isn't the situation different?

Foreign aid organizations talk about how many refugees have left the Ukraine, stating that women with children are marrying to remain out of the area. The bombings are destroying the infrastructure and we've seen photos of that. We've got a thread on FR talking about Putin's intention to use electrical switching, successfully, to destroy anything plugged into the infra structure. We have the US, according to US documents, supplying the money to run the Ukrainian government.

There've been interviews with the now former head of the Ukrainian military saying he knew what he needed to win the war, and he knew NATO partners didn't have it to give him. This was last year.

Watch the video for the NATO rollout across Europe, read the agreement not to have the Ukraine join NATO, then Nato's invitiation to join even though it's Putin's red-line, and consider it's NATO running the war that the CIA started, via the Maidan Revolution, which Trump said Obama was behind.

NATO, UN, WHO all unelected and all grabbing power. There's documentation independent of Carrington and Brennan proving the money laundering industry in the Ukraine.

The backing you list - Carrington director and Brennan - is miserable, but check the info in the article itself. Proof of Nuland organizing the revolution. There's an earlier one (chronologically) about Hillary kicking things off several years before it.

If the article read against the facts, I wouldn't post it. But this article is based on documents and videos, I've been seeing for about half a year - including Department of Defense documents and videos. The Ukraine is losing villages on a daily basis; NATO is losing their proxy war. You can tell by the panic.

It isn't a 'first' because I've done it before.

I originally wrote it to be post #1 on the existing thread - but it got too long and I didn't want people to be deterred from reading the comments below it, so I made it a separate thread.

My vanity post links to approx. 18 separate resources and ties together observations spanning many months - too much info for a post #1 on the original thread. I wasn't going to 'compete' with the content and instead chose something easier for people to skip if not interested - a vanity thread.

Monkey Werx videos provide a broad overview of military, migrant, Executive (code name FlashBang) and Intel aircraft movements in addition to specific content. His biographical inforamation is posted on his website: https://monkeywerxus.com/pages/about

In a Monkey Werx video from a week ago, which I am finally listening to now, he notes that some of the F-16s the Ukrainians are to receive will not be modern F-16's, but will instead probably be  'B' and 'C' models which are very dated and will have to be  modified which will take time. He said most of the Ukrainian pilots who are being trained don't know much about flying and are new pilots which will require years of training (i.e., learning air refueling, combat tactics, weapons sysems etc), given the complexity of the aircraft. The Ukraine would have to locate modern airfields  near Russia to be effective but Russia will easily target them. Ultimately, he believes any air support will have to come from NATO.

Russia has warned that F-16-s will be treated as nuclear threats

The portion about the F-16's in this video starts around the 27 minute 50 second mark.

The link below starts at 27:50 in the video.

No F16's for Ukraine - SITREP 5.7.24

Sidenote: Monkey Werx notes the odd situation wherein Russian and American soldiers will occupy the same airbase in Niger. He said the Russians are the Wagner group, and the US needs to get their troops out of the way there (Niger's Junta is ending a military cooperation with Washington, which has agreed to remove US troops)

At the 34:25 mark, he mentions the 'DeepState Telegram' channel which is close to the Ukrainian military (he says it's a Nazi stronghold and has been since 1948), blames local command for the 'collapse of defenses in the area.' In the video images, the article continues, saying the Brigade involved in the defensive collapse posted on Facebook that its soldiers did not run away, but had taken daily firepower that was 10-15 more  powerful than their own.

Monkey Werx displayed a map showing that the Ukrainian military has no gains after $200 Billion dollars in Foreign Aid, spent fighting for 2 years (he means fighting on Russian front line). (ransomnote: On FR there are regular posts about Russia taking/losing this territory or that, but Monkey is referring to the main Russian/Ukrainian front lines).

At 35:23, Monkey talks about Russia's threat to fire on British military facilities and equipment in the Ukraine and beyond, if British weapons used in the Ukraine fire on Russian territory. Monkey believes this was Russia basically warning the UK, 'Hey look, we know the UK already has infrastructure and assets inside the Ukraine, that's going to be their primary strike targets...'

You are absolutely right on track with it all. Great connections. Just wanted to add that in my own research I found the Kissinger connection. Chase those entity connections and it is a global conglomerate of NATO, CIA, MI6, the MIC, Atlantic Council, WEF, the Bilderbergers, Etc.

All the globalist connection associations are there through the people and/or corporate entities. They are command central for the New World Order. They are the global war for profit and geographic power facilitators and instigators and re-builders after. It is they who give our representatives on both sides of the aisle their marching orders.
