This isn't some unhinged screed or judgement im very serious here.

Why can't Obama be charged with murder of this boy if they're going to go after Trump?

Because its ok if a Deep State/Uniparty puppet does it.

When will we get a ruling on the immunity issue from SCOTUS? Will it be in June?

The Democrats believe the Department of Justice will never be out of Democrat hands. How do they feel so confident? Control the elections.

and try him in the reddest place on earth, and then don’t allow him a jury, and make sure to gag him and make him attend, then hit him with a huge 1 billion dollar fine, and make him pay 1 billion in cash to appeal!

Any DA in the nation an prefer charges and demand he be in the courtroom.

Big Mike might have to reveal his banana in court.

Ah, Kamala for her failure as boarder czar.

Bill Gates for a DNA test.

Joe Biden for a review of his wealth and classified documents.

Obama in a separate ISIS charge.

Obama for C139s and oallets if cash to Iran.

Biden for stealing Russian seized funds and for paying Iran from their’s....

I think the guy he droned was a citizen from Texas...if memory serves, so I guess the Texas DA could bring up the murder charges.

If it goes to DC courts...its DOA.

Heck, Biden killed an aid worker and his children just to look strong after the bombing that killed 13 soldiers at the Kabul Airport.

Biden didn't take the time to ensure it was a proper military target, he had a personal motivation to change the narrative and stop looking like a weak leader after letting Afghanistan fall from his botched withdrawal.

Didn't President Trump's lawyer just answer a question in front of SCOTUS about what if the President ordered Seal Team Six to assassinate someone? Isn't this essentially what Biden did when he killed that family?

Not just Obama, Every rogue Judge in America that has issued extra constitutional orders not founded in case law Needs to be Criminally Prosecuted also, they have NO Immunity if the President doesn’t have it.

By the time you reach this comment, you should understand we have reached the beginnings of

“Without Rule of Law”

part of the **Fall of Empire** death spiral. Enjoy your time in urban Hell, if you live there.

It depends on the type of murder and the state.

Brett Kavanaugh asked the US attorney about this yesterday. For what it’s worth, which may not be a lot, the attorney said that this was investigated but it was ruled not after being looked into.

Bush killed Kamal Derwish, does he get a pass as well? We never gave a President immunity. They can be convicted and charged with crimes 'they' commit.

I have no doubt, USSC will continue the use of judicial activism and grant more immunity to government, which they almost always do.

If there is no immunity, I also want felony murder charges for Fast and Furious.

Notwithstanding that old movie scene where the guy says “some people just need killing.” Awlaki and his son were bona fide American citizens. So, their killing (without warrant) was straight-up “murder!” No doubt about it. And , Obama ordered the hit!

Abdulrahman Anwar al-Awlaki (also spelled al-Aulaqi, Arabic: عبدالرحمن العولقي; August 26, 1995 – October 14, 2011) was a 16-year-old United States citizen who was killed by a drone strike on October 14, 2011, under a policy approved by U.S. President Barack Obama.

Approved? Barack Obama is said to have watched it live!!

Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) argued Thursday before the Supreme Court that droning American citizens is permissible.

A total of 563 strikes, largely by drones, targeted Pakistan, Somalia and Yemen during Obama’s two terms, compared to 57 strikes under Bush. Between 384 and 807 civilians were killed in those countries, according to reports logged by the Bureau.Jan 17, 2017

“Why can’t Obama be charged with murder of this boy if they’re going to go after Trump?”

Justice Sotomayor answered that question precisely. It’s because Obama’s motives were for the good of the country. Trump’s were personal.

Giving prosecutors and NY juries the power to decide a presidents innermost thoughts for Trump seems like a very bad idea.

Giving a rural Oklahoma prosecutor and jury the power to decide Obama’s innermost thoughts seems also like a very bad idea.

But maybe we have to start putting leftist presidents into prison for 20 years on trumped up charges for them to get that idea.
