There has been tremendous pushback after many of us sounded the alarm. Reports are emerging that The W.H.O. elites plan on using back-room secret negotiations to slip back in the original language to include the ability to lock us down and enforce global mandates.
If the back-room dealing is unsuccessful, The Daily Mail is reporting these medical oligarchs will try to use their annual “Convention of Parties” to amend the treaty to include the widest range of damaging, overreaching tyrannical policies.

I used to be content to lay back and say any treaty made without consent of the Senate is unconstitutional and not worry that any of the usurpers would ever succeed. But, after I saw Obama tinkering around with treaties, the Senate playing 51 senators is a majority and going along with him, with very few people complaining, I realized this country knew so little about its laws and the Constitution specifically, that almost anything was possible.
The talk of the federal govt. passing abortion laws, pro abort or even pro life, after the Supreme Court had already correctly sent the decision back to the states was astonishing to me. There was so little regard as to what the Constitution allowed.
I also realize that one way or another, they will find a way around the Constitution to get the result they want. There will be no consequences for going against it because no one, especially the younger generations, even knows what the Constitution means.
They have effectively dumbed down American citizens and brought in millions of foreign people with no history of understanding the purpose and principles of the Constitution. If the majority doesn’t understand it and won’t defend it, how will tenets which make up the Constitution be upheld.

You understand that WHO is not part of the USGvt... it is part of the UN, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. It would have no power over individual state governors. Either the President of the U.S. would have to enforce it or there would be foreign troops "in country", as thinden suggests.😬
