2) American scientists realized that what happened was swamp gas being emitted in the middle of a desert. This was so disruptive of the current view of science that the government felt it might cause the American people to stop supporting scientific discovery so they made up a story.
3) This was a failed military experiment. The experiment was so poorly thought out and designed that if the particulars were released to the public they would think our military had lost their marbles so the government made up a story.
4) The craft that crashed near Roswell was actually from the future, so technically it hasn't landed yet.
Back in the ‘80s a young scientist-doctor killed more homosexuals with an experimental drug, AZT, than AIDs was killing.

The fact that there were UFOs over Washington D.C. in 1952, which flew thousands of miles per hour, strongly suggests the explanations some people have are inadequate to explain the truth.

If the government doesn't disclose intel about UFOs, the UFOs are our own craft.
If the government DOES disclose intel about UFOs, there are NO UFOs.
If the government waffles on the issue of UFOs, it's a disinformation campaign.
If a UFO is seen by the public, it's a squirrel.

I suggest it is because of their materialist worldview. If all that exists is physical matter bouncing around in a void, what can be known is only by the senses.

They cannot accept the existence of the metaphysical, unseen beings and such. All such things must be reduced to natural causation.
Now Global New Agers and their American contemporaries existing throughout our Oligarchy and elsewhere, have no problem accepting extraterrestrials. Most of these people practice some version of evolutionary spirituality in the belief that their inner spirits are transcending their present condition. To them, extraterrestrials are what they themselves will eventually transform into.

And the military changed its story to dispute its own original story which was based on eyewitness testimony, including that of their own senior intelligence officer on site, Major Jesse Marcel, Sr.
Major Marcel, an intelligence officer with the 509th Bomb Group at Roswell Army Air Field, was one of the first military personnel to arrive at the ranch where the mysterious debris was found.
BTW, Roswell Army Air Field (later renamed Walker Air Force Base) housed nuclear weapons and was a key nuclear base for the Strategic Air Command (SAC) during the time of the famous 1947 Roswell incident.
National Geographic had another documentary on the subject two months ago.

Here’s another video of a UFO that was headed straight for the Crawford Ranch when George W. Bush was POTUS. They made some of the radar tracking public. The UAP was chased by two F16s and witnessed on the ground by a couple hundred people.
