As if he cares. He has basically given all 50 million illegals (my guess is that’s how many are really here) by stretching out their court dates out decades and not enforcing immigration laws. They’ll never be deported
A “pardon” only applies in pardoning a crime.
Illegal Entry is a crime, but it does not grant Citizenship.
O’Biden cannot grant citizenship, or the right to vote.
Many of that 1.7 million are citizens fleeing other Blue States looking for refuge of what is coming.
